Client Responsabilities
Clients agree to communicate priorities, deadlines, and task details in a timely manner. Responses to questions or clarifications should be provided within 24–48 hours to avoid workflow delays.
3. Approve Work Before Billing
Clients must review and approve service selections, package choices, and any additional hours or project based work before billing occurs.
4. Maintain an Active Payment Method
Clients are responsible for ensuring their payment method on file is valid and up to date. Failed payments may result in a temporary pause in services until the account is current.
5. Review Invoices and Reports
Clients agree to review invoices, time logs, and service summaries upon receipt and notify Virtual Office Management Pros of any concerns within 3 business days.
6. Respect Scope and Boundaries
Clients agree to request additional hours or services when needed rather than assuming unlimited availability. Any work outside the agreed scope requires written approval.
7. Provide Accurate Information
Clients must provide accurate business information, documentation, and instructions to ensure work is completed correctly and efficiently.
8. Follow the Onboarding Process
Clients agree to complete the onboarding form, sign the service agreement, and submit initial payment before work begins.
